RediClinic, a leader in Convenient Care is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Clinical Teams in the Pennsylvania and Delaware territory where we have nearly 20 walk in clinic locations. We operate over 60 locations nationwide inside of select Rite Aid locations and other retailers, practice evidence based medicine and treat a variety of common illnesses for patients age 18 months and up.


Our ideal candidate is a Family Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years of clinical experience (preferably with Family Practice background) in addition to supervisory or management experience. Experience with Operations, P&L, and performance management is a plus. Must possess great leadership and interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

This position is responsible for leading the clinical direction including clinical competency, clinical training, ensuring positive patient experience, performance improvement and clinical development of a team of Clinic Managers within specified RediClinic locations in Philadelphia and Delaware.

This role reports to the VP of Operations with a dotted line to the Director of Clinical Services and maintains a peer relationship with other Clinical Leadership Team Members within the organization.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for conducting clinical chart reviews and audits on each clinician and Clinic Manager within the district.
  2. Responsible for all clinical aspects of the Clinic Portal Dashboard, Clinical Inbox and Missing Slips to ensure compliance.
  3. Responsible for on-boarding Collaborating Physicians, forming and maintaining collaborative relationships and ensuring compliance of Collaborating Physicians contracts; provides feedback to Clinic Managers and/or Director of Clinical Services and Vice President of Operations regarding Collaborating Physicians comments.
  4. Assists with state’s medical board delegation when needed and ensures Collaborating Physicians compliance with all paperwork.
  5. Responsible for reviewing all clinical variances and providing additional action needed to Clinic Manager and/or Director of Clinical Services.
  6. Ensures clinical standards are achieved by all Clinic Managers, Clinician’s, and Clinic Assistants in district.
  7. Actively participates in credentials committee.
  8. Oversees professional growth and development process for Clinic Managers, clinical care orientation and clinical competency assessments.
  9. Works with Director of Clinical Services on clinical program implementation.  Will be responsible for on-going training and mentoring of Clinic Managers and staff on all clinical policies and procedures.  Monitors compliance and progress to ensure clinical quality is maintained through-out district.
  10. Responsible for clinical competency assessments and provides clinical evaluation of Clinic Managers and Clinic Staff.  Assists with setting clinical goals and expectations to meet performance standards, provides consistent clinical feedback and coaching when necessary.
  11. Will rotate weekend call with other Field Management and Clinic Managers.
  12. Assists Clinic Managers with clinical customer service issues and complaints in district to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of customer issues.
  13. Conducts clinical education seminars and discussions to assist with marketing efforts and growing the business within specific clinic market areas.
  14. Responsible for the initial Clinic Manager interviews and providing feedback to Director of Clinical Services and Vice President of Convenient Care.
  15. Serves as back-up Clinician to work open shifts for the territory if Clinicians, Float Staff and/or Clinic Managers are not available.
  16. Responsible for conducting new hire training as needed.
  17. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor. 

*This position requires moderate travel within the assigned territory and we provide a company vehicle.

Experience / Requirements

At least 3 years of Advanced Practice nursing, preferrably in Family Medicine, in addition to previous management and leadership experience.

Education

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Full, unrestricted license
