SUMMARY

 

The Talent Acquisition Researcher will work closely with the Recruiting team to conduct talent market research, deliver competitive intelligence and utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify top caliber talent. The Talent Acquisition Researcher is responsible for maintaining job postings, social media, and marketing outlets in support of current talent search assignments; focus on identifying top talent and set up appointments for the Recruiting Team. Furthermore, Researchers may collect compensation data and/or conduct initial phone interviews.  The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid’s brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct talent market research to gather data and trends on competition and market conditions to best inform sourcing strategy and talent decisions.

  • Research industries and businesses to ensure we’re identifying and monitoring the movement of key talent.
  • Source candidates for active and pipeline searches, utilizing a multitude of recruitment research methods to create name generation and build candidate flow.

  • Prepare reports including market research, diversity mapping, and talent pipelining.
  • Challenge the status quo through meaningful data that helps inform a better and stronger recruiting process.

 


Experience / Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience within Retained Search, Corporate Recruiting, or Candidate Sourcing capacity required.

  • Social Media/ Marketing experience to include candidate sourcing/ researching, enterprise wide job posting and company employment brand management.


Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)  HR, Business or related field required.
