RediClinic is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Clinical Teams in the Clinical Coordinator role in South Houston. 

Our ideal candidate is a FNP or PA-C with 3 years of clinical experience (preferably with Family Practice background) in addition to Supervisory or Management experience. A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills and leadership qualities is a must!

This position is responsible for leading the clinical direction including clinical competency, clinical training, ensuring positive patient experience, performance improvement and clinical development of a team of Clinic Managers within specified RediClinic locations in South Houston.

This role reports to the Director of Clinical Services and maintains a peer relationship with other Clinical Coordinators in the organization. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees the Clinic Manager(s) in clinical chart reviews and audits on each clinician within District.
  • Oversees the Clinic Manager(s) in monitoring all clinical aspects of the district.
  • Clinic Portal Dashboard, Clinical Inbox, Missing Slips, etc. to ensure compliance.
  • Responsible for on-boarding OSPs, and forming and maintaining collaborative relationship with OSPs.
  • Provides feedback to Clinic Manager(s) and District Manager regarding OSP comments.
  • Facilitates and coordinates OSP meetings for assigned clinics.
  • Coordinates TMB delegation and ensures OSP compliance with all paperwork.
  • Responsible for reviewing all clinical variances and providing additional action needed to Clinic Manager(s) and/or District Manager.
  • Responsible for Managing the OSP relationships and ensuring compliance of OSP contract.
  • Maintains Add Medications to formulary in EMR.
  • Oversees the Clinic Manager(s) in adherence of clinical standards and other metrics.
  • Participate in credentials committee.
  • Works with Clinic Manager(s) in evaluations for new clinicians from OSP.
  • Oversees Clinic Manager(s) professional growth and development process, clinical care orientation and clinical competency assessments.
  • Works with Director of Clinical Services on clinical program implementation.  Will be responsible for training and mentoring Clinic Manager(s) on all clinical policies and procedures as well as monitor compliance and progress to ensure clinical quality for assigned clinics.
  • Assists Clinic Manager(s)with clinical performance development and evaluation of clinic staff.  Assists Clinic Manager(s) with setting goals and expectations to meet performance standards, provide consistent feedback and coaching when necessary.
  • Attends and actively participates in Field Management Huddles as lead by the District Manager.     
  • Will rotate call with other Field Management for weekend questions and call-outs.
  • Assists Clinic Manager(s) in clinical customer service issues and complaints in district to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of customer issues.
  • Conducts clinical education seminars and discussions to assist with marketing efforts and growing the business within the area.
  • Participates when needed in interviews of clinicians and providing feedback to Clinic Manager(s) and/or District Manager.
  • Serves as EMR Super User.
  • Responsible for new hire training as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.  
  • Approves CEU for clinic staff as needed.

Experience / Requirements

This position requires moderate travel.
