Job Description SUMMARY

To configure, update, monitor, and report the daily operational activities of the eCommerce Order Management System to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to our customers. Work closely with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Item integrity to ensure system accuracy and performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

  •  Report progress on key Omni-channel initiatives; Buy-online-pickup-in-store, Buy-online-ship-from-store, Buy-online-return-in-store
  •  Define and lead OMS configuration to deliver eCommerce orders quickly at the lowest cost
  •  Gain strong collaboration between Supply Chain, IT, Fulfillment, Store Operations, and support team members, while effectively managing relationships with stakeholders and internal/external partners to achieve integrations
  •  Define and lead OMS integration with logistics network that will allow multiple points of fulfillment and growth
  •  Define OMS configuration and drive integration for returns management into the warehouse management system
  •  Identify upcoming order management changes and industry best practices that will support business growth
  •  Define and approve testing OMS rules before placing in production
  •  Oversee the research and updates to the OMS to resolve configuration discrepancies
  •  Define and Approve the order flow metrics by source reports
  •  Oversee and manage the onboarding of 3rd Party fulfillment vendors into the OMS as needed
Experience / Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in prior OMS management experience required
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) with a focus on Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field. preferred
