Our Ideal candidate has at least 5 years of broad Human Resources experience, has their SPHR or PHR certification, is a consummate professional, has strong written and verbal communication skills, is self directed, a strong multitasker, who is able to make frequent independent judgements and is a strategic thinker. 


The primary purpose of the Human Resource Manager position is to maintain and enhance the Human Resources function by planning, implementing, training and evaluating associate relations and HR polices, program and practices.


Some responsibilities include:

  • Manage various HR processes including exit surveys, HR investigations, personnel files, conduct new hire orientation, promotions and lateral transfers to provide support to business units and associates assuring a smooth process.
  • Execute HR plans and strategies to accomplish business objectives to ensure that human resource services are value added, effective and consistent with business and strategic objectives. 
  • Identify associate engagement opportunities with department manager to improve and enhance the work environment and take initiative in developing and implementing appropriate action plans.
  • Act as the first point of contact for leadership group and associates. Consults on a wide spectrum of HR issues including guidance on associate engagement, performance management, total compensation, human resources development and talent management.
  • Provide counsel and regulatory compliance on employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, etc. Assist with the execution of special projects and human resource initiatives. Including organizational development strategies e.g. change management, leadership development, conflict resolution, succession planning, etc. or representing RediClinic in 3rd party situations such as unemployment hearings or DOL investigations.

Experience / Requirements

5 years of Human Resources experience

Recruiting experience a plus


BA/BS Human Resources, Business or related field required

SPHR/ PHR certification preferred

Equivalent combination of education and experienced
