SUMMARY

The primary purpose of this position is to grow customer value and experience through formulation and program execution of Rite Aid's mobile and app channels. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid’s brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

  • Development and manage of Rite Aid’s mobile and app marketing
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and Information Services resources to align and enable mobile and app platforms and customer experience
  • Supervise agency and platform vendor relationships to identify, negotiate and execute multiple marketing initiatives to meet best practice experience, sales growth, and retention targets
  • Manage integrated teams from one or more external partners/agencies to support various mobile and app marketing initiatives
  • Lead the execution of mobile and emerging in-store digital channel marketing initiatives to deliver on Rite Aid’s digital road map and marketing business plans
  • Establish key performance indicators and success metrics for all mobile and app marketing platforms, track results for all efforts and create consistent reporting and recommendations based on this analysis
  • Study the mobile marketing industry to maintain a strong working knowledge of existing and emerging technologies that can efficiently and effectively advance Rite Aid’s mobile marketing initiatives to drive our business


Experience / Requirements

  • Five (5) years' of experience in digital/interactive marketing, managing the development of mobile/tablet application platforms and opt-in collection and delivery of SMS/MMS/text programs and campaigns. required
  • Two (2) years' of experience in interactive agency or digital channel platform development or production experience preferred


Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Marketing required
  • Or equivalent education in lieu of experience
