SUMMARY                                                             

The primary purpose of this position is the selection and slotting of product in the Bulk Picking Area as needed for seasonal and special picks required in production operations. Working in coordination with SYIC, Inbound and Management to set the best pull possible with the available product. Also where applicable, assisting in all production jobs as needed. Variable shifts may be required according to setting requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

  • Coordinate and set all Bulk Pick area items.
  • Work with SYIC to coordinate the selection and slotting of product according to MD’s and their requirements.
  • Set and maintain the Non Cons Picking Area for the best pull and control of the picking process according to MD and production requirements and goals.
  • Review DC inventory in floor stack and other reserve locations as related to the Bulk Picking Process and set up.
  • Ensure the proper and timely replenishing of the Bulk Pick Positions as a priority to each days pull.
  • Collaborate with Inbound and SYIC using information from the receipt process prepare the next weeks pull as required by season or production requirements.
  • Plan ahead to avoid end of week issues in slotting of new pulls.
  • Track and control all required inventory adjustments in coordination with SYIC.

Education



Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations

This position requires a valid Material Handling Equipment (MHE) OSHA license.

Education and/or Experience

Some warehouse house experience preferred.
