RediClinic, in joint venture with Hackensack Meridian Health is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Clinical Teams in the Clinic Manager role. Must be an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner 

Our over 60 walk-in clinics are located inside of select Rite Aid stores and other retailers nationwide. We provide our communities with easy access to high quality, affordable healthcare and treat minor illnesses in patients age 18 months and up.

The primary purpose of the Clinic Manager is to lead the Clinic teams to maximize the patient satisfaction, the associate experience, clinic growth, margin, and EBITDA targets 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

  1. Responsible for all aspects of leading the designated team of clinicians and clinic assistants, focusing on clinical quality, staffing, achieving business objectives and maintaining open clinics, which will include working shifts to cover openings.
  2. Directs clinicians and clinic assistants in achieving Talent, Traffic and Ticket targets to maximize clinic EBITDA and patient satisfaction. Achieve clinic budgets in payroll and expense control.
  3. Conducts clinic visits and completes the Clinic Visit Guide and appropriate compliance audits. Coach and train clinic team on areas of improvement and provide necessary follow-up to ensure compliance.
  4. Responsible for all aspects of managing clinic staff including scheduling, approving time keeping and PTO requests in accordance with policy. Partners with District Manager to discuss exceptions.
  5. Ensures all staff are trained and ready to meet company expectations through leading and conducting RediClinic University, week 2 in clinic training and on-going training as needed, along with the teams' compliance with on-line learning modules.
  6. Responsible for resolving clinic issues and customer complaints in order to minimize business impact while increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction. Be available on-call for clinic teams on weekends through a market rotation schedule.
  7. Collaborates with the Clinical Coordinator District Manager and Practice Coordinator in the planning, development and execution of area business plans and objectives to achieve targets.
  8. Conducts interviews and participates in hiring process. Provides leadership and development for associates by communicating career opportunities, providing regular feedback and conducting appraisals for Clinicians, Clinic Assistants, Float staff. Partners with supervisor and Human Resources on all formal corrective actions.
  9. Directs the activities associated with competitive defense and patient acquisition. Supports script growth and front end sales and protects clinic market share from competitive opening. 

This position directly supervises Nurse Practitioners (Clinicians), Medical Assistants (Clinic Assistants), and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Hackensack Meridian Health and  Rite Aid policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, directing, rewarding, and disciplining associates; appraising associate performance; and resolving complaints.

Experience / Requirements

One (1) year of experience in Convenient Care, Retail Health or Family Practice.

Education

Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Nurse Practitioner.

One (1) year of experience in Advance Practice setting.
