The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

  • Ensure a positive customer experience with business partners through relationship management and order compliance & efficiencies. Confer with department personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
  • Lead Print Shop personnel and carry out supervisory responsibilities. Assign duties and spans of authority to direct report personnel
  • Plan, organize, schedule and direct the production and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective product through Quality Assurance optimization.
  • Manage processes to minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of labor, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital. Accountable for problem solving and cost reduction.
  • Lead strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports Company initiatives.
  • Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs. Provide quoting, estimating, and work orders alongside direct reports.
  • Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI).
  • Maintain and improve safety to ensure OSHA compliance standards are met.
Experience / Requirements
  • Three (3) years' of experience in Production Management / Commercial Print Shop required.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BS/BA) Business required.
