The primary purpose of this position is to aid in the set up and tear down of new planograms and new item revisions within the Model Store Facility.  The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid’s brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes. 


The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

  •  Support the Specialist, Space Management and Merchandising Management in the merchandising of new planogram sets and new item revisions. This may entail multiple versions per day comparable to the time it take a store associate to complete
  •  Aid in the general organization and product handling in the various rooms throughout the Model Store
  •  Assist supplier partners with merchandising innovations and Merchandising Management's requests throughout the Model Store
  • Oversee product distribution from weekly truck deliveries

Experience / Requirements

  • 6 months of experience Retail Operations preferred
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience


  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)   required
