Job Description SUMMARY

Liaise with the customer service team to understand current customer disposition in regards to fulfillment experience. Evaluate current procedures, determining opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing updated processes at the warehouse level.  Identify and resolve ecommerce specific fulfillment problems, ensuring company standards are met. 


The associate is responsible for the functions below in addition to other duties as assigned:

  •  Partner with logistics to consistently meet delivery expectations
  •  Partner with Loss Prevention regarding research and assessment of product level potential digital fraud cases/suspicious activity
  •  Analyze fulfillment specific performance KPIs for customer care
  •  Evaluate operational requirements for new business ventures in partnership with ecommerce leadership
  •  Support the development of the gap analysis for new shipping site development
  •  Work with fulfillment team to ensure timely, effective product delivery
  •  Collaborate with customer service lead to forecast any expected issues (i.e. quality, delays, etc.) to ensure they are properly equipped to handle in-bound requests
  •  Evaluate reports on shipping in order to investigate and resolve order/fulfillment issues

Experience / Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in retail ecommerce required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) degree in business with Supply Chain, Logistics, Technology, Operations, or related experience preferred
