The primary purpose of this position is to measure and analyze digital channels aligned with Rite Aid's strategy to drive in-store and online revenue. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid’s brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive performance reports through Google Analytics 360, Google Data Studio, 1010data and Magento Business Intelligence for ecommerce and in-store transaction analysis.

  • Analyze various changes made to the website to determine net impact on KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.

  • Conduct product research and analyze transaction data to prioritize and optimize Rite Aid’s online product catalog.

  • Work and coordinate with internal marketing, merchandising and analytics teams, as well as external agencies and partners, to provide comprehensive marketing channel reports and insights.

  • Work with Rite Aid’s digital marketing, ecommerce and analytics teams to develop and execute omni-channel reporting.

  • Perform competitor analyses to identify opportunities to provide recommendations to improve marketing and ecommerce strategies.

Experience / Requirements
  • Three (3) years' of experience in data analytics required.

  • Three (3) years' of experience in Google Analytics required.

  • Three (3) years' of experience in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word required.

  • Three (3) years' of experience in Google Data Studio, Tableau, 1010Data preferred.

  • Minimal experience in product feed management preferred.

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Marketing, Economics or Math preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations

  • Other, Google Certification preferred
