The E-Commerce Channel Specialist– Display/Search position is responsible for implementing, growing, maintaining and managing display and search initiatives to increase and engage customer base.


  • Communicate priorities and goals for the display and search efforts, internally and externally, and execute those goals successfully
  • Develop and execute display and search strategy focused on acquiring and retaining new and existing customers, both active and passive

  • Drive growth by applying a clear understanding of the brand, consumers and industry trends, and tailoring both search and display advertising accordingly

  • Identify key metrics for the channel

  • Maximize customer search efforts through keyword search optimization and search brand and product ad placement

  • Increase sales by utilizing display advertising to target passive shoppers or those who haven’t finished a purchase, by advertising frequently purchased products, previously viewed products, and similar products with a competitive edge

  • Increase customer life cycle and improve brand loyalty by incorporating personalization into display advertising based on search and historical behavior

  • Analyze traffic and consumer behaviors, and track revenue and sales in order to drive strategic decisions regarding search and display advertising

  • Monitor product reviews, feedback and research competitor landscape, action trends and learnings

  • Produce reports on impact of both search and display advertising on financial performance and key performance indicators

  • Identify search and display issues and root causes, and make recommendations for improvements

  • Prepare and deliver presentations on search and display impact and performance, and untapped opportunities, to variety of audiences

Experience / Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in business development and sales experience required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)  preferred.
