The primary purpose of this position is to monitor, support and enhance the E-verify, Infinium and Kronos systems to meet business needs.  This position acts as a technical expert in these systems and serve as a liaison to the field in the proper use of these systems to comply with legal and Rite Aid requirements.   The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid’s brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, test and establish system controls including pay rules, interfaces between systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Serve as the business expert for the functional operation of the Kronos, Infinium and E-verify systems. Troubleshoot, and assist users in resolving their questions and issues on these systems.

  • Investigate and resolve issues with store provided data to the e-verify system to meet government requirements and allow the applicant with issues to begin their career with Rite Aid.

  • Analyze business requirements, labor contracts and legal requirements for cost effective solutions in the Infinium, Kronos and E-verify  systems. 
  • Conduct reviews and develop queries using Showcase, AS/400 Work Query, or other tools as required for systems and acceptance testing, quality assurance, and customer support
  • Conduct all phases of testing system changes; including preparing test plans, conduct regression testing, run user acceptance tests, and coordinate the activities of other testers
  • Provide training, documentation, and process flow charts in support of system changes and release implementations.

  • Serve as release leader to coordinate multi-project releases.  Gather, develop, and discuss requirements and business specifications and provide release status for time and attendance payroll systems.

  • Monitor and analyze the Human Resources and payroll systems in order to document changes and provide system recommendations.

  • Assist in the implementation and roll out of systems products and changes; including coordination of various segments of the company in order to assure smooth roll out.

  • Serve as the liaison between the payroll and HRIS departments and related business areas.

Experience / Requirements
  • Three (3) years' of experience in Human Resources, Accounting, or other analytical role required.

  • Or equivalent education in lieu of experience
Education
  • Associate’s Degree (AA)  required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business / HR preferred.
