The primary purpose of this position is to process all lease-related invoices for payment of taxes, common area maintenance and insurance. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid’s brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.


  • Process invoices received from landlords for lease-related expenses to ensure the requested payment is reasonable and accurate. This involves reviewing all expenses incurred by landlord and billed to Rite Aid by reviewing each lease document originally signed between landlord and Rite Aid.

  • Research data in the AMT (Property Management System) system and store files to verify the requested payment is owed.

  • Review routine work of the Lease Analyst I.

  • Approve and process lease-related invoices of $50,000 or less for payment.
  • Interact with the management to have invoices greater than $50,000 approved for payment.

  • Maintain databases for Common Area Maintenance and Tax payment to support companies’ accrual.

  • Maintain an all-inclusive database of payments made to landlords which is done on a monthly basis and captured for year-end reporting.

  • Work with Senior Managers on special projects - i.e.identifying stores absent of year-end reconciliations, special invoice reporting, contacting landlords for missing information.
Experience / Requirements
  • Two (2) years' of experience in Lease Administration required
  • Associate’s Degree (AA)    required.

  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
